Mrs Melanie Goodall, Staff Governor

I have had the privilege of teaching at Oak Green for 7 years now and I am pleased to be representing the staff on the governing board. I have previous experience of being a Parent Governor and recognise the vital role that governance plays in the strategic decisions made by schools. The inclusive, respectful and friendly culture of the children and staff at Oak Green has been wonderful to be part of and I volunteered to be part of the board in order to contribute more to helping all of the children to fulfil their potential.
