We are looking forward to welcoming you into school at the end of the day on Wednesday to see your child's classroom and to informally meet their teacher.  This is not the time to talk in length about your child's work, this will happen in the parents evening meetings later this term.

 

To ensure that staff have been able to dismiss their classes safely, please can we ask that you wait on the playground until your child's class teacher is ready to go back into the school building. You will then enter the building with your child's class teacher. 

 

We understand that you may need to visit more than one classroom and you will be able to move freely around the school to get to the rooms you need to visit. We ask that all parents, carers and children leave site by 3:45pm as the teachers then have a staff meeting to attend.

 

Reception Owls will exit via the playground gate and Paterson Road exit, Y1-4 will exit via the ARP entrance onto Oak Green road and Y5-6 will exit via the door next to 5C and then out through the staff car park. Members of staff will be on hand to help with directions if needed.
